Our Story
S & Sons, Inc. is a family-owned business specializing in a wide range of construction and rental services. Founded by Bill Schwanebeck over 30+ years ago, our company has since evolved under the leadership of his son, Jeremy.
Jeremy, our CEO, manages daily operations for concrete construction and the erection of steel buildings. He also oversees our additional services, including equipment rentals and the sale of aggregate materials.

Our offerings include hydraulic hoses, new tires, tire repairs, alignments, oil changes, tune-ups, brake service, battery service, and automotive and equipment diagnostics and repairs.
